My client, a rapidly growing, market-leading B2B SaaS start-up in the legal tech space, is seeking a talented Product Owner to help continue their journey of innovation and success. This company is revolutionizing the industry with cutting-edge solutions utilising AI and Machine Learning and needs a dedicated professional to join their thriving team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the highest-value items.
- User-Centric Design: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and ensure the solutions meet customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to ensure the products remain innovative and competitive.
- Launch & Iterate: Oversee product launches and work with the team to iterate and improve products post-launch.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- AI Products (Preferred): Experience in launching AI-driven products is a significant plus.
