Store Management Opportunity


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager to lead our team in Drogheda, Co. Louth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including people management, mentoring, training, and development of staff.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* People Management: Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
* Mentoring and Training: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Rostas and Scheduling: Create and manage rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
* Cash Handling Procedures: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures are followed.
* Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and control stock movement.
* Deliver Outstanding Quality, Service, and Store Profitability: Drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
* Customer Services: Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and retention.
* Branding and Advertising: Promote the brand and drive marketing initiatives.
* Reporting and Metrics: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
* Logistics and Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.


Requirements

To succeed as a Store Manager, you will need:

* Written and Spoken Fluent English
* A relevant Food Qualification or Degree is highly advantageous
* Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality or food
* Experience of opening and closing store operations
* Supervisory experience with staff
* Operations experience
* Reporting and costings experience
