Estimator - Data Centres
Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimator, based in the Kildare region, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and engineering projects, analysing project requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and managing competitive tenders. Additional responsibilities include evaluating bid proposals, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining project cost databases to ensure efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
* Experience in cost estimation, cost analysis, and bid preparation
* Proficiency in relevant industry-standard estimation software and strong analytical skills
* Understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
* Strong collaboration skills to work with clients, project managers, and engineers
* Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
* Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
* Experience in the construction, life sciences, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
