A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Business Analyst – Finance Transformation would be:
* Review and analyse current ("as-is") ICR processes within FinOps
* Identify and document operational pain points, inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
* Elicit, refine, and validate business requirements from Finance and operational SMEs
* Map and document end-to-end ("to-be") processes in collaboration with the solution architect
* Record and maintain risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints across the project
* Produce structured BA artefacts for governance and steering committees
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross-functional working sessions
* Manage and align stakeholders across Finance, CTO, Operations, and vendor teams
* Support project delivery teams with requirement clarifications throughout the lifecycle
* Ensure strong communication and alignment between business and IT
* Contribute to transition planning and readiness activities (excluding direct BAU or deployment tasks)
Requirements:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in finance or finance transformation
* Strong understanding of finance processes (invoice, collections, recovery, FinOps)
* Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent communicator with strong workshop facilitation skills
* Highly structured, detail-oriented, and confident preparing documentation for governance
* Ability to bridge business and IT discussions effectively
* Fluent in English
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Visio, Excel and SharePoint
Role Exclusions:
* Execution of development, testing or deployment tasks
* Vendor or contract management
* IT budget management
* Post-transition BAU operations
