Key Responsibilities Engage with customers both in the showroom and via phone or email to understand their needs Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover Promote new and used vehicles, finance options, warranties, and aftersales products Maintain accurate customer records and update the dealer management system Work closely with the sales administration and aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Assist with vehicle handovers and follow up with customers post-sale Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain high standards of presentation within the showroom Requirements Previous experience in car sales or a customer-facing sales role is an advantage Strong communication skills in spoken and written English A professional, friendly, and confident manner Strong organisational and time management skills Motivation to achieve targets and grow within a sales environment Full, clean driving licence Benefits Competitive basic salary with commission structure Be part of a supportive and experienced dealership team Ongoing training and career development opportunities Opportunity to work with a leading automotive brand Working Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Saturdays as required, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with time off in lieu How to Apply If you are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to build a career in automotive sales, we encourage you to apply with your CV today.
