Are you a seasoned tax professional with deep expertise in corporate tax across the Nordic region?
Our client, a global data and analytics leader, are looking for a Tax Manager to join their high-performing international team.
With offices in Dublin South, they are operating with a hybrid working model with the expectation to be onsite at least 1 day a week.

Please note: The ideal candidate should be fluent in Swedish (or another Nordic language) with proven experience managing tax for at least one Nordic country.
Responsibilities:
As a Tax Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of corporate income tax across Northern Europe, including:
* Managing corporate tax compliance for Nordic entities
* Preparing accurate tax reporting under US GAAP and local GAAP
* Driving and supporting transfer pricing documentation and strategy
* Identifying and mitigating tax risks and control gaps
* Rolling out training and process documentation across the region
* Staying ahead of evolving international tax regulations
* Supporting tax audits, litigations, and cash repatriation projects
Minimum Requirements:
* 8+ years’ experience in international direct tax (Big 4, law firm, or multinational environment)
* Strong technical expertise in tax law and accounting
* Proven experience managing tax for at least one Nordic country
* Proficiency in IFRS or US GAAP tax accounting
* Solid grasp of transfer pricing principles
* Fluent in Swedish (or another Nordic language)
* Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
* Experience with Workday Finance and Onesource Tax is a plus
