Part-Time Night Porter – Security & Guest Relations
to join our facilities and operations team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, customer-focused, and comfortable working night shifts.
The Night Porter plays a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and overall satisfaction of guests and staff during overnight hours.
As a Night Porter, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees during the night, maintaining a secure environment while delivering exceptional guest service.
This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and proactive in all situations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the security of the premises during night hours.
Greet and assist guests, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas.
Handle guest queries, requests, and minor complaints efficiently.
Manage access control, including visitor logs and key management.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or security incidents.
Perform basic administrative and reporting tasks related to night operations.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of public areas where required.
Liaise with day staff to ensure smooth shift handovers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer literacy for logging and reporting.
Good observation and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit to conduct patrols and remain alert during night shifts.
Experience
Previous experience in security, hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Experience working night shifts will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
Part-time role.
Night shifts, typically between
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
(flexible depending on operational needs).
Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
