Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Roscommon to support young people in a residential setting. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care, promote independence, and engage in person-centred planning, contributing to the daily operation of the service.
Requirements:
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant field
* Understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding young people
* Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures
* Full Clean Manual Driving License
