We are looking for an experienced, motivated team player with strong commercial acumen who can contribute to the successful delivery of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out all Quantity Surveying duties including measurement, procurement, cost monitoring, cost control, reporting, preparation of interim payments and settlement of final accounts in a professional manner and in accordance with company guidelinesAssist in the procurement of subcontractor packages, in line with agreed procurement scheduleConduct MEAT Analysis in line with company procurement guidelinesRegularly attend site and ensure sufficient records of progress are taken on a regular basis and are adequately documentedProduce information for the cash flow forecast for the project and update on a monthly basis and after the issue of any updated programmes.
