Clare, Ireland. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This hybrid role requires flexibility to travel by car on request to manage client needs, including notarisations and document execution.Key Responsibilities- Company Secretarial Support:- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).- Support in assisting in completing filings on statutory platforms such as Companies Registration Office, Register of Beneficial Ownership – full training will be provided.- Assist with incorporations, share transfers, and sealing of documents.- Maintaining and updating of internal trackers and assisting in compliance with KYC/AML support internally.- Client Service:- Act as a primary point of contact for internal client manager queries related to the provision of company registers and copies of corporate records.- Coordinate and manage internal client manager requests for notarisation and document execution.- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.- Travel & On-Site Support:Travel by car to notary locations as required for notarisation and document signings.Represent the company professionally during client interactions.Compliance & Governance:Monitor changes in Irish company law and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Support internal governance processes and maintain accurate records.Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a Company Secretarial or corporate administration role (preferably in Ireland) – desirable but not essential as full training in the role will be provided.Knowledge of Irish company law and Companies Registration Office filing requirements is desirable but not essential.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and a working knowledge of PowerPoint.Company Benefits (applicable After Passing Probation)Private Medical InsuranceDiscretionary BonusPensionDeath in ServiceGroup Income Protection, Gym subsidy, commuter tax saver scheme, bike to work schemePart time hours available
