MEP Engineer – Industrial & Logistics Projects
Location: Kildare / Dublin
Salary: €60,000–€80, % Car Allowance

We are working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor, who are seeking an experienced
MEP Engineer
to join their delivery team on major industrial and logistics developments across the Kildare and Dublin regions.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, technically complex projects such as warehouses, data centres and advanced manufacturing facilities, within a business known for delivering high-quality schemes safely and efficiently.
The Role
You will play a key part in the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services on site, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and senior management to ensure works are completed to programme and specification.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating MEP site engineering and construction activities
* Reviewing technical drawings and managing revisions
* Supervising subcontractors and monitoring quality standards
* Ensuring compliance with Irish and EU regulations and health & safety requirements
* Maintaining inspection records and as-built documentation
* Supporting programme planning, method statements and work packages
* Attending site and project meetings as part of the wider delivery team
* Assisting with surveys and final handover documentation
About You
You will ideally have:
* A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or similar)
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems within large-scale construction projects
* Experience working for a main contractor or major subcontractor
* Good understanding of Irish and EU building regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A strong focus on quality and safety
Desirable certifications include:
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
