The Role and the Team: Join the Webcams team at Logitech to create unique innovative products. Are you a passionate Product Manager ready to drive the creation and launch of video solutions helping millions interact with each other every day? Your expertise in product development (software and hardware), combined with your ability to anticipate consumer needs, allows Logitech to generate new opportunities and deliver exceptional video solutions. This is an exciting role in a fast paced environment, where the right person can make a huge impact. You’ll be based in Cork, Ireland, part of the Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) Webcams business group. Your role will be global, with occasional travel across regions.
Your Contribution
Responsibilities
* Lead the creation, development, and launch of seamless video experiences and innovative webcam solutions leveraging advanced technologies (AI, computer vision, etc.)
* Enable millions worldwide to connect, collaborate, and express themselves with confidence
* Maintain Logitech’s #1 global webcam market position, driving breakthrough product launches for measurable business growth and 4.5+ star customer satisfaction
* Guide multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Design, suppliers,...) to transform user insights into market-leading, industry-defining products
* Ensure end-to-end user journey excellence so solutions work beautifully for diverse global audiences across 50+ countries
* Deeply understand consumer needs to generate actionable insights throughout development
* Shape the future of video interaction through advanced technology integration, competitive intelligence, and proactive identification of innovation and white-space opportunities
* Partner with business teams to explore and execute new revenue opportunities through innovative product offerings
Key Qualifications
* 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a product management position, with successful launches of software and hardware solutions for consumers.
* Familiarity with emerging video technologies and trends, ensuring the development of cutting-edge products that meet market demands.
* Recognized leadership and ownership skills, fluent in design thinking methodology.
* Strong business acumen with passion for consumer electronics and creativity/productivity markets.
* Curiosity, hands-on engagement, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset are core to success in this role. High energy, a positive attitude, and integrity are a must.
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Education
* BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Design.
* MBA is a plus.
