We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading Nursing Home in Co Limerick .

Foster therapeutic relationships that support patient autonomy, informed choice, and evidence-based decision-making.
Advocate on behalf of patients by providing reassurance, support, and ensuring their views and wishes are fully considered.
Actively identify, report, and escalate concerns where patient safety, quality of care, or organisational obligations may be compromised.
In the absence of the Assistant Director of Nursing, fulfil the role of Person-in-Charge in compliance with the Health Act ****, HIQA standards, and associated regulations.
Support the Registered Provider and Director of Nursing in the effective day-to-day management and governance of the service.
Provide leadership through effective delegation, accountability, and staff development, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, training requirements, and Healthcare policies.
Promote a restraint-free environment and ensure staff are competent in managing responsive or challenging behaviours in line with national policy.
Lead quality and safety initiatives by participating in audits, inspections, risk management, infection control, and ensuring accurate, compliant patient documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and evidence of ongoing continuous professional development.
Postgraduate Diploma in an acute or relevant nursing specialty, with an additional management qualification desirable.
Minimum of three years post-registration experience, including at least one year at Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) level or equivalent experience managing staff and patient care.
Demonstrated acute nursing experience, including competence in INEWS assessment and management of the deteriorating patient.
Proven ability to manage a clinical area, providing effective day-to-day coordination of patient care and operational oversight.
Experience leading, supervising, and supporting a cohort of staff while maintaining high standards of care and professional practice.
Strong multidisciplinary team (MDT) collaboration skills, with experience communicating effectively with patients and families.
Competence in IT systems, audit processes, and quality improvement initiatives to support safe and effective service delivery.
