We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, for a Front of House Manager to join the team at a busy City Centre Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and organised. This role will also include tip bonus. Key Responsibilities: Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage table reservations and walk-ins using the booking system. Coordinate with the floor team to manage seating and table turnover efficiently. Maintain an organised and welcoming front-of-house area. Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries regarding reservations, menus, and general information. Handle guest complaints or concerns with a calm, solution-focused attitude. Ensure guests are kept informed of wait times when necessary. Support the floor team during peak times as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer-facing role (hospitality experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and well-presented at all times. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment. Familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, ResDiary) is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
