Job Role
The Care Assistant works as a member of a team providing person-centred care to residents through the Named Nurse concept.
* Supporting nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to meet all care needs of residents
* Establishing relationships with residents, offering attention, support and companionship
Fostering resident mobility, supervising and assisting where necessary to ensure optimal mobility is maintained and improved when possible.
