Job Title: Senior Cost Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned cost manager to lead our team in Dublin. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors.
* Lead delivery of secured commissions with potential for leading larger projects in the short/medium term.
* Develop and enhance service delivery methodology and supporting systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create accurate cost estimates and plans.
* Analyze tenders, draft tender reports, manage variations, and negotiate complex matters.
Requirements:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics & Management is preferred along with 5+ years' relevant experience. A contractor background can be advantageous. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as flexibility to adapt to changes.
