Required: Must have JNCIA or JNCIP and other technical qualifications in major vendor technologies such as Aruba or Palo Alto Previous experience working in in a NOC/NSOC or call centre environment. Incident management ensuring all incidents logged within the system, are done so in in accordance with incidence management process Liaise with manufacturer TAC support teams during customer incidents Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Deep interest in progressing career in the technical field of networking. Passion for technology in a broader sense Able to demonstrate a talent for troubleshooting issues Able to demonstrate an understanding of customer requirements in a considerate helpful manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with customers and management Excellent MS Office skills Responsibilities: Customer Support: Support customers Juniper and Aruba network / security environments Provide second level support for all reported incidents Incident management from initial customer engagement to resolution ensuring adherence to SLAs. Troubleshooting of such incidents utilising vendor partners for technical assistance and other team members. Escalation of issues to more senior team members and vendor partners Perform daily health checks on specific customer networks formulatingtechnical reports for customer review Support Team: Support of the of the technical infrastructures of security, network, servers and client devices: Backoffice environment Managed service environments Take ownership for management of these technical environments. Patch management, preventative maintenance of internal IT infrastructure and troubleshooting any infrastructure incidents Ensuring all managed services RMM tools are operating correctly and efficiently is a secure configuration Offer opinion on the improvement and enhancement of the Managed Service and NSOC environments Skills: JNCIA JNCIP Network and Security
