ICCP is designed to simplify and automate the exchange of payments-related data between the world’s Buyers and Suppliers, a fundamental part of Mastercard's Commercial Solutions, enabling some of our largest customers to issue Virtual Cards to securely manage and report on Travel, Expense & Supplier transactions. Focused on secure, highly available and innovative solutions, this dynamic team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base.
We are seeking a Software Development Engineering Manager to work with our cross-functional development teams.
Responsibilities
* Take a product initiative from requirements to production
* Lead and guide an agile team of scrum masters, business analysts, developers and testers to deliver software that meets business objectives
* Oversee effective development and delivery of software solutions
* Collaborate with the Product Owners, Business/Tech Operations, and other stakeholders
* Drive positive change within systems/process to optimally deliver on commitments from the teams
* Drive agile best practices amongst the teams ensuring the team is adhering to agile practices
* Drive your team’s capability and performance through coaching, mentoring, performance feedback and career development
* Communication of status/progress to product teams/customers/senior management
* Contribute to the knowledge of the software development guild
All About You
* Considerate, polite, fun-loving, collaborative
* Experience with managing a development team in a multi-team environment, and experience with remote management
* Experience with applying Scrum or SAFe in a product development environment where high levels of performance, reliability and security are essential
* Experience with managing a vendor team will be well regarded
Experience With The Following Is a Distinct Advantage
* Java/Spring/Hibernate
* Web services, both RESTful and SOAP based
* SAFe – Agile framework
* Rally/ALM – Agile tooling
* Great communicator with proven experience in collaborating with business stakeholders
* Payments and fintech experience will also be an advantage when it comes to compliance requirements such as PCI DSS
