RPM Power is one of Ireland's leading fitness brands. Operating from our offices in Thurles, Co. Tipperary for the past 27 years, we are a retailer of a wide range of fitness equipment, including multi-gyms, cardio machines and dumbbells. We provide quality products to customers located all over Ireland and beyond, with many of our smaller products shipped across the globe on a daily basis. Currently we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team in our offices in Thurles.
Working hours: Monday -Friday 9am-5:30pm. This is a full-time position but we are open to offering flexible working hours or part-time work to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers via phone
* Communicating with customers via email, text message and our internal ticketing system
* Keeping on top of tickets to ensure customer queries are answered on time
* Liaising with internal teams to find solutions
* Liaising with our Repairs & Service Team to coordinate customer product repairs and technician call-outs
* Communicating with shipping partners to locate customer packages
* Completing order returns, refunds and replacements
* Ensuring customer satisfaction at every point of communication
Who is suited to this role?
* You have excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy chatting with others
* You have excellent written communication skills and can express yourself well via email
* You are comfortable using various computer applications for internal and external communication (Email, Microsoft Word, Instant Messenger)
* You would feel comfortable dealing with an unhappy or annoyed customer and would be able to diffuse any frustrations expressed by them
* You are able to think on your feet and enjoy finding solutions to issues that arise
Experience/Certification/Skills:
* Previous work experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
* Competent computer skills are an advantage
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Ability to commute to our office in Thurles
