Guest Experience Manager

This 4-star hotel is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to oversee the Front Office team and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The role encompasses all reception duties, maintaining top standards of service and offering a warm welcome at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and motivate the Front Office team
* Accurately process guest check-in and check-out
* Oversee departmental finances
* E nsure comprehensive shift hand-overs
* Provide staff training as per company policy
* Assist with recruitment processes
