Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safe execution of activities in line with statutory, environmental, regulatory, corporate site and departmental practices.
* Contribute to equipment design, construction, commissioning and qualification processes.
* Provide technical support to maintenance personnel and other departments as needed.
* Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and equipment files. Assist in generating, reviewing and revising maintenance documentation as necessary.
* Manage the critical equipment list.
* Optimize the site preventive maintenance program based on RCM/FMECA principles.
* Develop and manage the condition monitoring program.
* Analyze equipment data to report on equipment performance.
* Promote cost optimization while driving department performance.
* Familiarize yourself with daily activities across all areas of Maintenance.
* Routinely rotate through other positions in the department as required.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Process Engineering.
* Maintenance and reliability experience within a process or pharmaceutical cGMP environment.
* Familiarity with best practices in preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM or FMECA.
