We're looking for a Logistics Manager who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and ensuring deliveries run like clockwork. In this role, you'll lead the scheduling, coordination, and optimisation of delivery routes across the country-making sure customers receive their orders on time, every time. What You'll Be Doing Oversee and manage nationwide delivery operations for both forward and reverse logistics. React quickly to resolve delivery challenges and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly operations for the logistics team. Monitor and improve the flow of goods to ensure consistent, seamless service. Liaise with warehouse, transport, customer service, and accounts teams to optimise delivery schedules. Use ERP and route-planning software to track, monitor, and report on logistics performance. Ensure all dispatch documents and daily run sheets are prepared accurately for the warehouse team. What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management. Proven track record in delivery scheduling, route optimisation, or operations management. Strong IT skills, with ERP experience being a big plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across multiple departments. Highly organised, adaptable, and deadline-driven.
