Requirements:
* The ideal candidate will have Good people skills with good life & Machinery experience
* The position will be Monaghan based with travel mostly local to our clients and in our modern training facility
* May suit someone looking to upskill, further their career progression
* Ideally from a machinery, engineering, construction background
* Have machinery, forklift knowledge & experience as we train in plant & machinery operation
* Have a strong Health & safety awareness standards
* The role will initially be part-time -2-3 short days per week but may grow to a 30 hour week,
Key Responsibilities:
* Be open to ongoing training to become a trainer within our organisation
* Work within an organisation with high Standards ISO 9001, 45001
* Ideally have a train the trainer qualification
* Be good with people
* Positive, enthusiastic work approach with "can do " attitude
* Be flexible in their work approach
* Be open to a changing work environment
* Ad-hoc duties are part of this role
* Have basic computer skills, (this can be taught)
* Work as a team, willing to problem solve
* Be able to communicate directly with customers, directors & office personnel
* Be able to deal with an evolving work environment
* Have strong fluent English
* References to previous experience essential.
