We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the introduction and management of new products across our organization.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. They will report directly to the Senior Manager, Process Development within our Portfolio Management and Delivery group.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven leadership experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing facility with expertise in engaging site SMEs and managers, as well as global functions.
* Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, driving results-oriented outcomes.
* Strong analytical skills, enabling them to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for new and existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules/plans that address quality, scope, cost, schedule, resources, and responsibilities.
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project, fostering transparency and trust.
* Maintain a controlled scope throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder understanding and adherence.
* Execute prudent risk and issue management, maintaining actions/risk and decision logs.
* Generate and own GMP change control documents.
Requirements:
* Technical degree (Bachelor's or Master's) from an accredited institution.
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager, in a Life Science/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology environment.
* Preferred experience includes portfolio management, resource allocation, and business case development.
