We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the company's Health & Safety policies and procedures on site.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Report on and assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Provide advice, training, and guidance to site teams on all aspects of Health & Safety.
Promote a proactive approach to safety and drive continuous improvement across all site activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Health & Safety documentation and records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Level 7 qualification in Health & Safety (or equivalent).
Experience within a main or specialist civils contractor is desirable.
Previous experience in a similar Health & Safety role in Ireland.
Strong ability to influence change and champion best practice on site.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Full, clean driver's license required.
