Revenue Growth Specialist
In a dynamic and ambitious luxury hotel, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving the property's financial performance. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies across rooms, food and beverage, and events.
About the Role:
You will take full responsibility for analysing market trends, managing pricing and inventory, and collaborating closely with sales, reservations, and senior management to maximise profitability while maintaining the property's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to maximise room, food and beverage, and event revenues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and distribution channels to optimise yield.
- Produce accurate revenue reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager (or Assistant Revenue Manager ready to step up) in a 4* or 5* hotel.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic skills.
- Proficiency with revenue management systems, Property Management Systems, and channel managers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities.
- A results-driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality.
