Job Title: Site Production Manager
Purpose of Role: This role is responsible for overseeing production and yard activities at the Carrickmacross site. The successful candidate will ensure that all operations meet safety, quality, cost, and supply requirements while promoting strong communication and leadership skills within the team.

: Safety First Culture - Ensure a positive safety culture across the site through effective leadership and communication.
* Ensure adherence to safety, environmental & quality standards.
* Review SOPs with key stakeholders as necessary.
* Report concerns or incidents to your line manager immediately.
b li>(Partner with HSE officer) Run HSE initiatives regularly complete checks.n
nFacility And Production Operations: - Supervise daily plant equipment activity ensuring high-quality output managing costs effectively.
> Assist in planning production schedules meeting targets KPIs reporting results positively continuously improving always
>( Reporting Issues): Notify line managers promptly on defects occurring at sites taking appropriate action if needed Lead ongoing continuous improvement projects engaging people meetings successfully contributing .
