Base pay range
€55,000 – €70,000 (DOE, company vehicle/allowance)

About Your New Job
As a Site Engineer you'll support project delivery safely, on time and within budget.
Working alongside senior engineers and site teams you will coordinate site activities, track progress, manage documentation and assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination.
In day-to-day site operations you will attend progress meetings and help resolve on-site challenges.
This role is ideal for someone eager to grow leadership skills, with a solid understanding of construction processes and a hands-on approach to project delivery.
What You'll need
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a construction or site-based role (project coordination or engineering background a plus), preferably with a reputable builder or developer.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles and site operations.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Confidence reading technical drawings and construction plans.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
Proficiency in project-management tools and MS Office; familiarity with MS Project or Procore is an advantage.
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
