GlassParts Ireland – Nenagh, Co. Tipperary

GlassParts Ireland, a leading provider of high-quality glass products and components, is seeking a motivated Customer & Sales Support Executive to join our busy team in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the crucial link between our sales team, our customers, and our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery every time.

The Role: What You Will Do

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of the sales department and managing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

* Customer Communication: Serving as the first point of contact for customer queries (via phone, email, and in-person) regarding products, orders, and delivery schedules.
* Sales Support: Preparing quotations, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system, and managing the order lifecycle.
* Administration: Maintaining and updating customer records, filing sales documentation, and assisting with invoicing/billing queries.
* Liaison: Working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
* Problem Solving: Proactively resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role is highly desirable.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Some proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A positive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Experience with CRM software or order processing systems is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Starting Salary: €30,000 per annum.
* Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Position.
* Working Hours: Standard business hours (e.g., Monday to Friday).
