Facilities Operative
An efficient working environment is vital to our success. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining this environment and providing support for various facility-related tasks.
* Perform routine inspections of office spaces, communal areas, and production facilities
* Maintain external grounds and perform light gardening work as needed
* Carry out minor repairs and collaborate with external contractors
* Manage and replenish supplies and stock on an ongoing basis
* Respond promptly to facility-related issues that arise
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Key requirements include:
* Previous experience in a facility or maintenance capacity is essential
* Experience in a regulated environment is highly desirable
* Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical) is required
* Familiarity with quality standards such as GMP or ISO 13485 is an advantage
