We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong track record in financial operations to manage the key business processing units of the University. As a senior member of the Financial Operations team, the Financial Operations Manager is responsible for managing the Payroll and Accounts Payable functions, leading on developing and maintaining strong financial controls whilst also driving continuous process improvement, developing innovative work practices, and enabling technologies. The post holder will report to the Head of Financial Operations & Systems and work closely and collegially with the Financial Operations, Financial Reporting and Financial Planning teams as well as colleagues throughout the University.
