Account Manager Specialist – Customer Excellence

Hybrid | Dublin 4 | Permanent

We're working with a growing Irish organisation in the energy and sustainability sector that's expanding its customer-facing team due to continued growth.

This role suits someone who enjoys owning customer relationships end to end. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of business customers, acting as their day-to-day contact and ensuring they receive a high-quality, consistent experience throughout their journey — from early engagement through to renewal.

You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, improve how customers are supported, and help strengthen long-term partnerships. The focus is on retention, engagement and delivering a smooth customer experience rather than direct sales.

What you'll be doing

* Manage relationships with a portfolio of business customers
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and issues
* Proactively manage renewals and ongoing account engagement
* Identify potential risks early and work with internal teams to address them
* Support customers through onboarding and ongoing usage
* Look for ways to improve the overall customer experience
* Keep account information up to date within CRM systems
* Get involved in projects aimed at improving customer processes and service delivery

What we're looking for

* Experience in account management, customer success or client service roles
* Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of customer relationships
* Confident using CRM systems and working with customer information
* Experience in B2B, SaaS or tech-led environments is an advantage

Salary, Benefits & Working Model

* Salary:
Competitive and aligned with market rates, depending on experience
* Working Model:
Hybrid – Tue–Thu on-site (Dublin 4), Mon/Fri WFH
* Hours:
09:00–17:30
* Annual Leave:
23 days
