You'll be the go-to person for hardware support, CCTV and access control systems, mobile device management, fleet technology, and vendor coordination. This is a varied role perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple systems, and keeping operations running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesManage CCTV infrastructure, access control systems, and fob administrationProvide first-line IT support for hardware, network connectivity, and peripheralsAdminister 60+ mobile devices including setup, troubleshooting, and inventory managementSupport fleet technology systems including driver tablets, fuel monitoring, and vehicle camerasHandle user onboarding/offboarding across all IT systemsCoordinate with external vendors and manage support ticketsMaintain clear documentation and training materialsQualificationsEssential:3+ years in IT support or technical helpdeskWindows Server and Remote Desktop experienceMobile device management (Android & iOS)Network troubleshooting skillsStrong documentation and communication abilitiesSelf-motivated with excellent prioritisation skillsFull clean driving licenceDesirable:Experience with access control or fleet management systemsMicrosoft 365 administrationBackground in logistics or waste management industryPay range and compensation packageTo Apply Submit your CV and cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
