Experienced Commercial Lending Manager Courtstown Finance is an alternative commercial lender who wishes to recruit an experienced Commercial Lending Manager, with strong Business Developmentexperience on a permanent, full-time basis to compliment the existing Management team.
We are a specialist alternative property lender, providing funds for asset acquisition, project finance, appropriate re-financing, equity release and bridging finance since our incorporation in ****.
Our focus is lending primarily to Commercial property, Residential Investment property, Retail, Agricultural Land, Warehousing, and Hospitality Sectors in the Republic of Ireland.

Role and responsibilities: Primary focus onBusiness Development, seeking new opportunities to expand a growing loan portfolio.
Ability to demonstrate a strong existing network of contacts & potential client base to explore new business opportunities.
Proven track record of achieving business growth.
Work with the team to manage the existing commercial loans portfolio.
Analyse financial statements and accounts.
Evaluate property surveys and valuations, tenant schedules and insurance.
Monitor development project deliverables for phased drawdowns, including site visits Liaise with clients, intermediaries and new prospects.
Instruct and work with the companys solicitors to close loans.
Ensure compliance with regulatory framework and internal business procedures.

North Cork head office location.

Salary range is €75,000 - €100,000 Requirements: QFA qualified and/or Accountant.
Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in a results driven lending role in financial services.
Proven experience in a busy credit risk and exposure analysis role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage key relationships with clients, legals and key intermediaries.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Knowledge of construction, planning and building regulations advantageous.
Interest in and knowledge of Irish commercial property and lending market.
Advanced knowledge of MS Word & Excel.

Ability to work independently as part of a small team.
