About Your New Job as a Marketing Administrator * Develop and implement social media campaigns and craft compelling client-facing content in collaboration with our Recruitment teams. * Plan and deliver events, including invitations, RSVPs, on-the-day coordination, post-event evaluation, and communications. * Maintain brand consistency across all communications, channels, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with our visual identity and brand narrative. * Tender Response & Support. serve as a key member of Sigmars tender and client communication teams, responsible for collating, designing, and formatting tenders, proposals, presentations, and client reports. * Manage the company Canva account and enhance the catalogue of advertising visuals. * Gather and compile market research relevant to our business sectors, including data from LinkedIn Insights and other sources. * Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of all company events, including internal events such as the Christmas Party, January Kick-Off, and Summer BBQ. * Maintain and update the Sigmar website, including press releases, awards, and webpage content. * Plan and schedule the upload of daily posts to social media channels including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook. Weekly posts for Instagram and TikTok. * Manage the companys LinkedIn page and overall presence, providing strategic support for the CEOs LinkedIn profile and content. What Skills You Need as the Marketing Support & Administrator * Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a recruitment or professional services environment. * Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and event planning. * Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and experience with website management. * Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to work collaboratively with senior managers and various teams within the organization.
