You will help our clients, mostly in the Chemicals industry, with their market-oriented R&D models and help them scale up and enhance their research and new product development.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, chemical engineering, or polymer materials. Master's degree or above, doctoral degree preferred.R&D experience from a world-class chemical enterprise and practical experience in product development or application development in business departments.Familiarity with market-oriented and customer-centric R&D modelsExperience in scale-up and engineering transformation, understanding of scale-up research methods, and an understanding of how to collaborate with engineering and production technical teams to achieve production line transformation.Market analysis capabilities to ensure that R&D projects are closely focused on market demandAbility to understand and transform customer needs to promote the implementation of new product development or application development projects.Practiced in the stage-gate review R&D management process and familiarity with how application development works within the company's organizationMaster the application of Six Sigma in R&D, proficient in statistical and non-statistical tools (such as root cause analysis, failure mode analysis, quality function expansion, etc.)Proficiency in statistical methods and tools such as design of experiments (DOE).Complete project experience from laboratory research and development to engineering productionFluency in English and Mandarin is essential
