IT Service Delivery Specialist
This role involves working as part of an onsite team with our client in Cork to support service delivery, management, and workflow coordination across IT teams.
* A key responsibility will be facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning using tools like Jira or Azure Dev Ops.
1. The successful candidate will apply ITIL-informed practices to incident and request management. They will also identify areas for improvement within service delivery processes.
