Job Overview:
A Medical Receptionist is required to join our client based in Dublin 12.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming patients and checking them in for their clinic appointments
* Managing outgoing post daily for the Customer Care & Nurse Teams
* Processing transactions and placing product orders
* Shared inbox management & task delegation
* Creating patient appointments at nationwide clinics
* Patient data management; inputting & updating records in databases
* Efficient, accurate data entry and sales administration
* Meeting daily KPIs and month-end deadlines and providing reports on same
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is also essential.
