Concentrix is hiring a Social Media Escalations Advisor to support clients and partners of one of the world’s largest social media platforms.

What You Will Do In This Role
* Support clients and partners via email and outbound calls regarding escalations from high-level advertisers to public figures
* Track all communications through phone, email, and chat
* Analyze trends in escalations to identify recurring issues and improve service
* Troubleshoot campaigns related to global government and political ads
* Research and resolve payment issues
* Manage urgent situations impacting reputation, ensuring timely responses
* Review cases and prioritize based on history and information
* Maintain detailed records of escalations and resolutions
* Engage with clients to gather information and resolve cases efficiently
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Your Qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
* Proficient in English (verbal and written)
* Available to work between 7 am and 9 pm, Monday to Sunday
* Willing to work on-site in Dublin when necessary
* Have a minimum broadband speed of 10Mbps and a distraction-free workspace at home
* Experience assisting advertisers with online platform tools
* Capable of repetitive tasks with diligence
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
* Applicants must be based in Dublin
