The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the warehouse administrative activities. Assures efficient dock operations, co-ordinates with drivers, and warehouse Team leaders to ensure the optimal flow of the warehouse and associated reports and paperwork.
Essential Job Functions:
* Prepares required warehouse paperwork accurately and completely.
* Working as the Link between the Office, the warehouse, and drivers.
* Records process exceptions, and non-compliance through problem logs.
* Attends meetings addressing specific administration issues, and develops recommendations and action plans towards their resolution.
* Stays current on rules and regulations, interpreting and ensuring compliance.
* Occasional light warehouse duties.
* Primary work environment is in the warehouse.
* Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
* Job will require extended sitting and/or standing for long periods of time, working in a warehouse environment.

* The ability to drive a powered pallet truck is required.
* Ability to dependably follow instructions and respond to warehouse leadership direction.
* Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
* Reasonable knowledge of MS Office suite and experience working with warehouse management software.
* Prepares reports and provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary.
* Capable of walking/standing for 50-80% of the working day.
* Good command of the English language, B2-C1 level.
* Assists with other tasks as needed.
