We are hiring a Business Development Professional to drive our expansion into the Irish market.
As the Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for establishing our presence in Ireland, acquiring new clients, and laying the groundwork for a successful sales team.
* You will start from an existing list of prospects and build long-term relationships with installation companies nationwide.
* You will actively search for new business opportunities.
* You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
* You will prepare quotes, negotiate prices, and close deals.
* You will collaborate with colleagues to find the best solutions for customers.
* You will report sales activities and progress to the General Manager and Sales Manager.
Key Requirements
* A hunter mindset, attentive listening, and a structured sales funnel (SPANCO) are essential.
* You must be a self-starter, highly motivated, ambitious, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
* You should be a results-oriented professional who can learn quickly on your feet.
