Our purpose is to nourish the world, while safeguarding our environment for future generations.Role ProfileReporting to the Head of Sales, Europe, the Senior Regional Business Manager will drive commercial growth across Europe. This individual contributor role focuses on managing key regional customers, developing new business opportunities, and delivering profitable growth aligned with the company's global strategy. Location: Ireland based or Continential Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Sales Leadership:Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.Manage a portfolio of key accounts and distributors across Europe.Business Development:Identify and convert new business opportunities within the dairy ingredients sector and Oat products portfolio.Expand market share through targeted prospecting and relationship building.Customer Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the region.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements to maximise profitability.Systems & Process Management:Utilize C4C CRM for pipeline management, customer engagement tracking, and reporting.Ensure accurate demand forecasting and input into S&OP planning cycles.Collaborate with Category, Planning and Finance to align forecasts with production and inventory plans.Maintain data integrity and timely updates in all sales systems to support decision-making.Market Intelligence:Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.Provide insights to inform product development and commercial strategy.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions.Ensure operational excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.Key RequirementsMaster degree in Business, Food Science, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 10 years in B2B sales within dairy ingredients.Proven track record in managing regional accounts and delivering growth.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder relationships.Adept of the Consultative Selling methodologyFluent in both English and French, Spanish will be an advantage.Core CompetenciesStrategic thinking and commercial acumen.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to travel extensively across Europe and North Africa.About usThrough our expertise in research and development, customer insights, food safety and state-of-the-art manufacturing we bring innovative food and nutrition solutions to a global market.
