As a Release Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of strategic, large, and multi-phased programs. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to their SAFe Agile transformation and work collaboratively with various teams to achieve success.Responsibilities:Lead program management duties across assigned workstreams.Act as a liaison between workstreams and leadership team members.Provide Agile leadership and training according to Agile practices and principles.Define reporting requirements for workstreams to track status, communicate results, and proactively identify issues and risks.Drive alignment and coordination across workstreams to optimize execution and change management activities.Collaborate with different areas of the organization to identify and resolve resource, budget, and time constraints.Manage program risks, including analysis, tracking, and mitigation.Provide input on project plans and program strategy.Stay updated on project management methodologies, Agile practices, and industry standards.Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years of related experience within large project teams/programs.4+ years of leadership experience with information technology projects, including globally deployed complex services.3+ years in an Agile Coach and/or Lean role.Strong knowledge of the technology industry preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.Ability to effectively facilitate and motivate teams.Change management focused.If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for Agile methodologies and project management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
