Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday, 5 days over 7, weekend work required. Evening shift involved at least 2 evenings per week from 16.00 to 12.30 am. Must have own transport as public transport is not available after the evening shift.
Salary: €14.15 per hour (enhanced rate available for Sunday €18.81)

Job Description
Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers
Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
Food Preparation –Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients and preparing sandwiches
Customer Service -provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner
Inventory Management – Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients
Compliance with Health and safety – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen ensuring equipment is in good working order.
Qualifications
No formal education is required, but an understanding of the role is required and catering/kitchen experience would be a plus
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
