Role:
The Hospital Sales Specialist will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating a range of Medical Equipment & Consumables to a large customer base of hospitals across Territory.
Duties:
12. Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
13. Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
14. Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries
15. Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility
16. Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential
17. Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
18. Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
19. Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
Products: Will include a range of Equipment & Consumables used in a surgical hospital environment.
Experience:
20. 3 – 7 Years B2B Field Sales Experience (Ideally Equipment Sales)
21. Candidates who have exposure selling into healthcare actively sought
22. Demonstrated background in Cold Calling, New Business Sales, Negotiating New Accounts
23. Full Clean Driving License
