Our team seeks an experienced Polish-speaking customer service professional to join our Galway-based support centre. This permanent role offers hybrid working options and a dynamic environment.
About the Role:
* You will provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or live chat, responding efficiently to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems including pricing, billing, and order status updates with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges according to established company policies.
* Collaborate with internal departments for effective resolution and continuous improvement.
* Maintain knowledge of facilities, products, promotions, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
* Represent the organisation professionally, courteously, and efficiently, building strong relationships with clients.
* Complete documentation in-house standards and comply with all procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Work safely at all times and report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written Polish & English.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Call Centres or Customer Service departments.
* Excellent communication skills, telephone, and customer service skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
