What You'll Do:
Provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care for children in residential settings
Support daily routines, education, and personal development
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
Promote participation, rights, and wellbeing of each young person
Lead and mentor colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality care (Team Leader role)
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards
What We're Looking For:
Degree (Level 7+) in Social Care, Early Years, Teaching, Psychology, Youth & Community, or a related field
Experience working with children/young people (residential or educational settings)
Strong communication, teamwork, and resilience
Full clean driving licence
