Accommodation Support Role
The purpose of this role is to provide excellent guest care and ensure that all areas of the hotel, including rooms and public spaces, are maintained to a high standard.
* Main duties:
1. Cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards.
2. Security during cleaning tasks, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
3. Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements to management.
4. Maintaining and caring for equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
5. Providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
