Your new company You will be joining a well-established accounting practice with a dedicated payroll bureau that supports a wide range of clients across different sectors.

Your new role Processing weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly payrolls for Irish clients in a busy bureau environment.
Managing all aspects of the payroll cycle including BIK, share awards, pensions, statutory and voluntary deductions.
Handling starters, leavers and employee record updates.
Preparing and submitting PAYE returns on ROS, including monthly submissions.
Completing ERR submissions and managing Auto Enrolment (AE) processing and filings.
Responding to day-to-day payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX-aligned procedures.
Liaising with external bodies such as Revenue, CSO, Social Welfare and client auditors.
Maintaining accurate payroll data and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Supporting documentation and updates of payroll process manuals.
Assisting with payroll system implementations.
Issuing secure payslips and processing net pay through online banking.
Providing training and support to colleagues on payroll systems.
What you'll need to succeed IPASS payroll qualification.
3-5 years' experience in a payroll bureau environment.
Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Experience with multiple payroll systems; UK payroll experience is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong Excel skills.
