Solutions Architect | API & Cloud | Financial Services
Cpl are delighted to partner with a highly innovative Irish financial services organisation seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join their growing team. This role will play a key part in delivering a modern, API-driven platform, designed to be scalable, secure, and cloud-ready, supporting digital channels within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an API-first, composable architecture
Evaluate technologies and integration patterns to support digital transformation
Lead vendor selection and manage supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and resilience standards
Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams
Required Experience
3–5 years’ experience in senior Solutions Architecture roles
Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with API gateways (Mulesoft, Kong, Tyk, AWS API Gateway, Azure APIM)
Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, TLS)
Familiarity with GDPR, DORA, and ISO 27001
